Ministries

The members of this ministry are a dedicated group committed to all aspects of welcoming guests from the moment they enter the building until they are safely to their seats. People who have the gifts and graces to express social warmth, who have honest smile, heartfelt handshake, and a sincere “Good Morning/Good Evening” and a calming “God Bless You” are always needed to assist in this very worthwhile ministry.

The vision of this ministry will provide SIMS Couple’s opportunities to build and grow in marriage together. There will be monthly meetings and monthly newsletters. The meetings will take place at different locations. The newsletter will show A.M.E.S at a glance; it will target all couples. It will give you a view of what the marriage family will be doing and we will spotlight a couple each month so that we may learn of each other. We will work marriages together. There will also be articles of suggested reading material and events that are to come. We will sow and reap a harvest because we are A.M.E.S. We are not a mess we are “Blessed.” We are helpers one to another in Christ Jesus.

Our Men’s Fellowship is geared to encourage the men of God to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. We are “Men of Valor” that emphasizes the importance of praying and studying God’s Word.

Our Music Ministry is comprised of several components. The Praise Team, the SIM Sanctuary Choir, the Women of Excellence Choir, the Men of Valor Choir, and the Children’s Choir. Each component assists in ushering the people into the presence of God.

The vision of this ministry is to reach singles with the Word of God and challenge them to mature in their relationship and walk with God. To encourage a strong devotion to serve God and the ministry with their gifts, talents, support and tithes. To minister to the whole man, so that we are an integral part of the body of Christ and we realize that we are complete in Him. We are being built up in the knowledge and devotion to Christ, so we may impact the community, the church, and the world as we hold the thoughts, feelings and purposes of God’s heart.

Our Ushers are responsible for the comfort and happiness of guests in the congregation, to the extent that they are willing and ready to receive the Word of God. We are to enhance each service by assisting in the seating of people, by handling disturbances, by directing the receipt of offerings, and controlling movement during the service.

Our Women’s Fellowship is geared to encourage and strengthen the women of God through the power of the Word. We are “Women of Excellence” that are united in Christ to edify, exhort, and strengthen one another through the Word of God.

Our “Young Christian Association - YCA” is geared specifically towards the young people of Shabach International Ministry from infancy to 17 years old. Our desire is to see today’s youth flourish in the knowledge, wisdom and love of God while living dedicated lives for God.
